Return any factory direct Zu purchase after a 60-day audition and (give or take 10 days) for a complete refund of your purchase price less shipping. Call your or email us for return authorization instructions.

All products must be returned in like new condition or may be subject to re-stocking fee or repair charge. Loudspeaker products must be returned in the original packaging. So please keep your box. They are made to project and provide a snug fit for shipping. Custom colors and or finishes are not refundable for speakers or cables.

Refunds will be issued 60 days (give or take 10 days) from purchase price provided items are received by Zu and have not been abused.

All products, unless otherwise stated are shipped new and without any playtime. To provide adequate time for the user to properly burn-in any Zu product and become familiar with its performance Zu is happy to provide this generous satisfaction guarantee.

Zu does not issue refunds prior to the 60-day mark. Guarantee is intended to give the new user a generous and accommodating trial period and discourage impatient users from ordering a Zu product and passing judgment on its performance without giving the product adequate time to burn-in.

We have a generous 60 return policy. All we ask is that you audition the product for at least 60-days before making your decision.

Zu Loudspeaker and Cable products do not reach their performance potential for roughly 200 hours if played somewhat aggressively. While rare, we have had customers get one of our products in, hook it up and within a week or so send it back for refund. Reasons generally read like "product was great but lacked a bit of resolution" or there abouts. Nearly every customer that has tried a Zu product for the recommended burn-in time has been completely satisfied and lifetime customer satisfaction really is our focus.)

Upgrade Program
The upgrade program is designed for those who have had our products longer than 60-days but would like to try a different cable. We will give you 50% credit of your original purchase price, on the return of your cable towards any direct sell from us at list price. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
