Zu Product Purchased Outside The USA
Zu products are subject to United States and foreign export and import laws and regulations and must be purchased, sold, exported, transferred, or used in compliance with them. Outside the U.S. and Canada Zu Audio may also have distributor relationships; import companies that are experienced with their countries import and export programs and also control their own retail outlets. Zu product purchased through international resellers are serviced and cared for by them and not Zu Audio. If you have any questions about the policies of Zu products purchased through an international reseller please contact the company listed or Zu directly. Due to international freight charges, import duties, VAT, and other taxes and fees, international customers can generally paying 30% more than the U.S. price; of course this varies depending on the country. These charges are generally designed by each country to balance trade and protect their domestic manufacturing. Excessive or reasonable, it is not our place to question your countries policy and we will not knowingly participate in gray marketing practices. If you feel your country’s policy and taxes are unreasonable we recommend that you get involved and help to change them.
